Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, perfumes must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

Opened, used, or unsealed perfumes are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or the wrong item was received.

Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
